IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL AND IN THE EXTREME SOUTH OF THE ADRIATIC DURING THE NIGHT, LOCAL GUSTS OF NE WINDS 35-40 KNOTS. IN PLACES ALONG THE COAST A LITTLE RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, MAINLY IN THE SOUTH ADRIATIC IN THE AFTERNOON.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Mainly NW and W, along the coast this morning NE winds, 5-15 knots. In the Velebit Channel NE winds 10-20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear and a little warmer. In places along the coast in the afternoon variably cloudy with a little risk of scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder, mainly in the South Adriatic.

Light to moderate NW, turning along the coast to NE winds. In the Velebit Channel, then in the extreme south of the Adriatic as well, NE winds up to fresh in places. Sea smooth or slight. Mostly clear with some variable cloudiness along the coast at first.
