A ridge of the Mediterranean high is extending over the Adriatic, while a trough with frontal system is shifting very slowly north of the Adriatic eastwards.

SE, toward the open SW winds as well, strengthening to 12-22, in places toward the end of the day up to 26 knots. Sea 2-3, gradually increasing to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear with some clouds in places from midday.
