A broad field of low pressure over the Adriatic is keeping an unsettled weather.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE winds 6-16, in the open, south of Istria, NW up to 20 knots. In the Velebit Channel and in the extreme north of the Adriatic NE winds up to 24 knots. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic SW, along the coast in the morning still SE winds, 6-16, in places up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3, in the Velebit Channel in the morning and in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic from the middle of the night, possibly 3-4. Visibility 10-20, in places around 4 km due to mist. Mainly cloudy with rain, showers and thunder in places.

Variably or mainly cloudy with scattered rain and with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder. In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic light to moderate NE, in the open, south of Istria, up to fresh NW winds. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic light to moderate, toward the open moderate to strong SW winds. Sea smooth or slight, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic slight and moderate.
