SYNOPSIS

A field of a little raised air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a weakened frontal disturbance is shifting in high levels.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Variable winds, gradually becoming NW 6-14, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic during the night up to 20 knots. Sea 1-2, in the open of the South and Central Adriatic increasing to 2-3. Visibility 15-25 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain. Clearing is expected late in the day, firstly in the North, then gradually in the Central Adriatic as well.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Light to moderate NW, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to fresh, and along the coast light NE winds. In the open of the northern part of the Adriatic light SE winds. Sea smooth, in the open slight, and in the extreme south briefly up to moderate. Mostly clear, but in the southern part of the Adriatic still cloudy with rain in places at first.
