A new trough with frontal system is approaching the Adriatic from the west.

In the Central and South Adriatic SE, in places along the coast at first E and NE winds, 5-15, strengthening during the day to 10-20 knots. In the North Adriatic mainly SE, west of Istria NE winds, 5-15, in the Bay of Kvarnerić around midday SE up to 18 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably or mainly cloudy with rain in places, mainly in the North Adriatic.

In the Central and South Adriatic moderate to strong SE, in the North Adriatic moderate to strong NE winds, in the Velebit Channel up to near gale force till the morning. Sea slight, in the open moderate. Overcast with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, particularly in the Central and South Adriatic.
