A field of high pressure over the Adriatic is weakening, while a trough with frontal system is approaching from the west.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE and SW winds 8-16 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 4 km due to mist. Variably or mainly cloudy with a little rain in places along the coast, mainly in the North Adriatic. No significant change in air temperatures.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Variably cloudy with light scattered rain, mainly in the wider area of Rijeka. Partial clearing is expected in the morning. Light SE and SW winds. Sea smooth, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to slight.
