A frontal system is shifting eastwards, mainly north of the Adriatic, while a ridge of high pressure still lies over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm or variable winds 5-10 knots. Sea 1-2, locally in the South Adriatic up to 3. Visibility 10-20, in places 2-4 km due to mist, or even less than 1 km due to fog, mainly during the night. Variably or mainly cloudy with a risk of a little rain, mainly in the North Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Calm, but light to moderate SE and SW winds expected, in the North Adriatic becoming up to fresh around midday. Sea smooth or slight. Mist in places and a risk of fog. Variably cloudy with a little rain in places, mainly in the North Adriatic.
