SYNOPSIS

A low from the South Adriatic is shifting over the Ionian sea while a ridge of high is intensifying from the West.

NE winds 12-24, in the North Adriatic up to 28 knots, increasing to 16-30, in the North Adriatic up to 40 knots. Sea 3-4, at the end of the day in the open locally 5. Visibility 10-20 km. In the North Adriatic mostly clear, elsewhere mostly cloudy, in the South Adriatic locally rain, showers and thunder.
