SYNOPSIS

A new field of low pressure with frontal system is deepening in the Gulf of Genoa and it will be shifting across the Adriatic eastwards.

In the Velebit Channel NE winds 4-10, easing and turning to SE, in the South Adriatic to SW 8-16, in the open 12-24, in the North and Central, in the evening in the South Adriatic as well to NW 12-24 knots, easing. Sea 2-3, in the open 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with rain in places.

Variably or mainly cloudy with rain in places. Light, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic moderate NW winds, dying away and turning during the forenoon to light to moderate SE. Sea smooth or slight. Air temperatures warming up.
