A field of high pressure lies over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 4-12, toward the open sea 8-16 knots. Sea 1-2, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to 2-4 km due to mist, or possibly to less than 1 km due to fog, mainly in the North Adriatic during the night. Mostly clear, but in the North Adriatic and toward the open sea of the Central Adriatic variably cloudy. No change in air temperatures.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Mostly clear, but toward the open sea variably cloudy. Mist in places and a risk of fog, mainly in the North Adriatic. Light to moderate NW winds, strengthening in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic during the forenoon up to fresh. Sea smooth or slight. No significant change in air temperatures.
