SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the northeast.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE winds turning to NW 4-12, only in the extreme south of the Adriatic still NE 8-18 knots. Along the coast during the night calm or NE winds 5-10 knots. Sea gradually calming to 1-2, in the south of the Adriatic 2-3. Visibility above 20 km, but in the North Adriatic during the night possibly reduced to around 5 km due to mist. Mostly clear with occasional cloud increase in the North Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Mainly light NW, along the coast during the night and in the morning calm or light NE winds. Sea calm or smooth, in the extreme south of the Adriatic at first still up to slight. Mostly clear with some clouds and a risk of mist in the North Adriatic.
