A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the north.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE, in the open of the South and Central Adriatic NW winds, 6-16, in places at first up to 22, diminishing to 4-10 knots, firstly along the coast and in the open till the end of the day. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic 3-4, gradually calming to 1-2. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear, but in the South Adriatic at first still variably cloudy with a risk of rain. Morning air temperatures will drop, daily ones with no significant change or warming up a little.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Mostly clear, but in the North Adriatic gradual cloud increase and a risk of light rain from the middle of the night. Calm or light NE, toward the open NW winds. In the North Adriatic light, till the morning up to moderate, SE winds. Sea calm or smooth, in the North Adriatic in the second part of the night possibly up to slight.
