SYNOPSIS

A field of raised air pressure over the Adriatic is gradually weakening.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Almost calm, then SE winds 8-16 knots. In the South Adriatic NW winds 4-10 knots, diminishing and turning in the afternoon to SE. Sea 2-3. Visibility 15-25 km. Mostly clear, but gradual cloud increase is expected in the North Adriatic in the afternoon. Air temperatures a little higher in the North, with no change in the rest of the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Variably cloudy with light scattered rain in the North Adriatic. Light to moderate, in the open of the Central Adriatic up to fresh SE winds. Sea smooth or slight, in the open of the North and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to moderate.
