A shallow trough with frontal disturbance is shifting from the Adriatic further eastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW and W, in the South Adriatic at first still SW winds, 6-16, locally in the open in the morning up to 20 knots, and diminishing a little toward the end of the day. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 4 km due to rain. Variably or mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the first part of the day. Air temperatures a little lower.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Partial clearing, but still with a risk of a little rain or isolated rain showers with thunder, mainly in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic. Light variable winds. Along the coast during the night light NE, toward the open of the North Adriatic, south of Istria, light to moderate SW winds. Sea mainly smooth, locally in the open of the North Adriatic up to slight.
