In the Velebit Channel NE winds, 8-16 knots, diminishing. Elsewhere almost calm, in the afternoon SE and SW winds, 4-10 knots. Sea 1-2, during the morning in the Velebit Channel 3. Visibility 10-20 km, in the open sea locally reduced to 4 km due to mist. Mostly clear, in the afternoon light to moderate cloud increase. The air temperature will not change.
