SYNOPSIS

A shallow trough is slowly shifting from the Adriatic further eastwards, and a ridge of high pressure is expected to intensify from the northwest late in the night.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm or variable winds 4-10, toward the end of the day becoming NW 6-16 knots. Sea 1-2, increasing toward the end of the day to 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy, still with a risk of rain, showers and thunder, mainly along the coast.

Variably cloudy, still with a risk of rain, showers and thunder. Partial clearing is expected tomorrow. Light to moderate NW, in the North and Central Adriatic from the middle of the night NE winds strengthening to moderate to strong. Sea smooth or slight, in the North and Central Adriatic toward the morning up to moderate.
