A field of mean or a little lowered air pressure lies over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds 6-16, in places of the North Adriatic in the morning still up to 22 knots, mainly toward the open sea. In the South and Central Adriatic toward the end of the day SE winds diminishing to 4-12 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the North Adriatic in the morning possibly 3-4, but calming in the South and Central Adriatic toward the end of the day to 1-2. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 4 km due to mist. Mostly clear with some cloud in places, more in the North Adriatic where a little rain could be seen, mainly in the wider area of Rijeka during the day. A little warmer.
