In the Velebit Channel NE winds 6-16, diminishing in the evening to 4-10 knots. Elsewhere NW winds 6-16, turning along the coast during the night to NE 4-10 knots. Sea 2-3, along the coast during the night 1-2. Visibility 10-20, in places around 4 km due to mist, or even less than 1 km due to fog, mainly during the night and in the morning. Mostly clear.
