SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure has intensified briefly from the West, while a trough with frontal disturbance is expected to shift across the Adriatic late in the day.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE winds 8-18, rapidly diminishing, firstly in the North Adriatic, and turning to SE 6-14, strengthening in the afternoon up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 20-30 km. Mostly clear, but cloud increase is expected late in the day. No significant change in air temperatures.
