SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure is extending from the northeast, while some moist and unstable air is circulating in high levels over the southern part of the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 8-18, along the coast in the evening NE 6-16, in the Velebit Channel up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear, only in the southern part of the Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of a little rain.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Mostly clear, only in the extreme south of the Adriatic still variably cloudy with a risk of rain. Light to moderate NE, in the open sea NW, and in the Velebit Channel NE winds up to fresh. Sea smooth or slight. No significant change in air temperatures.
