SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure over the Adriatic is weakening, while a trough with frontal system is approaching slowly from the northwest.

Along the coast SE winds 10-20, turning in the northern part during the night to NE and E winds. In the open sea from the middle of the night SE, in the northern part E, and in the Velebit Channel NE winds, strengthening to 12-24 knots. Sea 2-3, increasing in the open to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with light scattered rain, mainly toward the open. A little risk of isolated rain showers and thunder in the open sea.
