A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the northeast.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm o variable winds 4-10 knots. During the night SE, in places along the coast E winds 4-12 knots. Sea 1-2. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 4 km due to mist, mainly in the North Adriatic. Mostly clear, in the North Adriatic variably cloudy. No significant change in air temperatures.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Mostly clear, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic variably cloudy with a little rain or drizzle during the forenoon. Light, in the North, in the morning in the Central Adriatic as well, up to moderate SE, in places along the coast E winds. Sea smooth, locally in the North Adriatic up to slight. Air temperatures with no change, in the North Adriatic morning ones a little higher.
