A cold front is approaching the Adriatic from the North.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 12-24, along the coast NE 6-14, strengthening in the afternoon to 16-34, in places during the night up to 38 knots. Sea 2-3, increasing late in the day to 3-4. Visibility above 20 km. Fine or fair, in the South Adriatic with scattered rain or brief isolated rain showers with thunder. Light scattered rain is possible in the rest of the Adriatic late in the day, and light snow in the open of the Central and South Adriatic. Wind drifted snow is also possible in the Velebit Channel.
