ELSEWHERE GUSTS OF SE WINDS 35-55 KNOTS, DIMINISHING IN THE AFTERNOON AND IN THE EVENING. SEA LOCALLY IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC UP TO 5. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

In the North and in part of the Central, in the afternoon and in the evening in the greater part of the Central Adriatic, NE winds 20-36, in the Velebit Channel during the forenoon up to 50 knots. Elsewhere SE winds 16-28, diminishing in the afternoon and in the evening to 8-18 knots and turning to NE. Sea 3-4, locally in the North Adriatic up to 5. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to 1-4 km due to precipitation. Mainly or variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, in places along the coast of the North Adriatic with sleet and snow. A little colder.
