DURING THE NIGHT AGAIN GUSTS OF SE WINDS 35-45, IN THE NORTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC OF NE 40-75 KNOTS. IN THE OPEN OF THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH ADRIATIC IN THE MORNING AND IN THE NORTH DURING THE NIGHT, SEA UP TO 5.

SYNOPSIS

A low over central Italy and the Adriatic is keeping an unsettled weather, while a new one is already deepening over the western Mediterranean.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds 16-36, turning briefly to SW and diminishing in the afternoon to 6-16 knots. In the North Adriatic NE and E winds 12-24 knots, briefly diminishing in the afternoon. Sea 3-4, in the open of the South and Central Adriatic in the morning 4-5. Visibility 10-20, occasionally reduced to around 5 km due to heavy rain. Overcast with rain, showers and thunder. Air temperatures a little higher, in the northern part of the Adriatic a little lower.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Overcast with rain and with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder. SE winds strengthening to strong, in the northern part of the Adriatic NE to near gale and gale force, spreading to northern Dalmatia. Sea increasing to moderate, in the North Adriatic up to rough.
