SYNOPSIS

A shallow low is shifting across the Adriatic southeastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 10-18, in the open of the Central and South Adriatic up to 25 knots, diminishing. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 15-25 km. Partial clearing in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic. Elsewhere variably cloudy with scattered rain, in the South Adriatic with isolated rain showers and thunder, but clearing is expected there as well through the night and in the morning.

Mostly clear. In the South Adriatic at first still variably cloudy with scattered rain, but clearing will follow later on. In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic light SW, elsewhere NW winds, diminishing and turning to light to moderate SE. Sea smooth or slight. Air temperatures will drop.
