SYNOPSIS

A field of high pressure over the Adriatic is slowly weakening, while a low over the Western Mediterranean is expected to deepen.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds strengthening to 12-24, in the North and Central Adriatic during the night up to 28 knots. Sea increasing to 3-4, firstly in the North and Central Adriatic. Visibility 10-20, in places with mist around 4 km. In the northern part of the Adriatic variably or mainly cloudy with a little rain in places, particularly during the night. Elsewhere mostly clear, but gradual cloud increase is expected late in the day and during the night.

Variably cloudy with scattered rain, mainly in the northern part of the Adriatic. Moderate to strong, in the North and Central Adriatic up to near gale force SE winds. Sea slight and moderate, in the North and Central Adriatic possibly up to rough. Morning air temperatures warming up, daily ones with no significant change.
