A field of raised air pressure over the Adriatic is weakening, while a deep trough with cold front is approaching from the Northwest.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm or SE and SW winds 4-12, in places of the North Adriatic at first up to 16 knots. West of Istria variable winds 5-10 knots. Sea 1-2, locally in the North Adriatic at first up to 3. Visibility 10-20, only in places around 5 km due to mist. Variably cloudy with sunny spells, but also with risk of rain in places, mainly in the North Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Moderate to fresh SE winds and sea increasing to slight. West of Istria light variable winds and sea smooth. Variably and mainly cloudy with a risk of a little rain in places, mainly in the North Adriatic.
