SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure is extending from the Northwest toward the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE winds 6-16, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic still up to 22 knots at first, turning through the day to NW 6-16, in the open of the South and Central Adriatic up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear and a little warmer. Toward the end of the day gradual cloud increase and a little rain in the area of Rijeka during the night.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Fine or fair with a little rain in the area of Rijeka in the first part of the night. Light to moderate, in the open of the South and Central Adriatic up to fresh NW winds. Along the coast wind will diminish and turn to light NE. Sea smooth or slight.
