Navigational Warnings.In jedem Seegebiet gibt es nationale Küstenfunkstationen, die zu gewissen fixen Uhrzeiten nautische Nachrichten (Maritime Safety Information) senden. Diese enthalten in der Regel aktuelle Wettervorhersagen und nautische Warnungen (Navigational Warnings).

Doch was sind nautische Warnungen?
